Pet Policy

At Solana Apartments, we’re happy to welcome your cats and dogs. Each home can accommodate up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds per pet. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for one pet or $450 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. Some breed restrictions do apply, so be sure to connect with our leasing team for all the details. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry companions home to Solana.
